Meaning “living in the forest” in Sanskrit, the resort embraces a low-impact architectural approach — carefully positioned along the steep tropical terrain to preserve the existing topography, vegetation, and panoramic views towards Genting Highlands.
The resort’s distinctive pod-like chalets are clad with DMI WeatherSeam in VERMOE, creating a sleek and contemporary architectural language inspired by glamping structures. DMI’s standing seam roofing system was selected for its clean aesthetics, durability, and ability to adapt to the project’s unique curved forms and steep hillside conditions. Combined with passive design strategies, natural ventilation, and minimal site intervention, the project reflects how modern metal roofing solutions by DMI can support sustainable hospitality architecture while maintaining a strong connection to nature.
