DMI’s metal roofing and cladding systems were selected to support both the operational efficiency and architectural identity of the development. The production facility incorporates an open-plan industrial concept with customised motorised louvered wall systems that enhance natural ventilation and daylight penetration while maintaining protection against rain ingress. Adjacent to the factory, the headquarters office adopts a bold contemporary “black box” design language featuring insulated double skin metal roofing systems to improve thermal comfort and acoustic performance for occupants. Constructed using COLORBOND® steel, the roofing and cladding systems provide excellent heat reflectance, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability — aligning with the client’s focus on sustainability, material quality, and long-lasting building performance.
