DMI’s roofing and wall cladding system played a central role in bringing the project’s architectural vision to life. Designed with mechanically locked seams for enhanced reliability and weathertightness, the profile enabled seamless integration between roof and façade surfaces, creating a clean and refined monolithic appearance across the linked homes. Finished in COLORBOND® MATT steel in the custom “Murky Matt” colour, the building envelope introduces a sophisticated matte texture that complements the natural surroundings while reinforcing the homes’ contemporary aesthetic.
